Sales exec, Eddie Mckillop, made it very relaxed and easy especially with a baby in tow. Upon receipt of vehicle, Calum, Robbie and Caitlin, all made the experience very pleasant. Great at keeping baby entertained while I did the paperwork! Thankyou

Easy process even though had to wait a few months for delivery. Sales representative took charge of transferring private plate from old car to new which made it seamless and was a nice touch of customer care.

Talked through options before purchase to ensure I ordered what I wanted. Kept me informed. Efficient handover of new car. Called a few days later to check everything is ok.

Bright and airy showroom. Lots of different models to see. Salesman took a lot of time to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and provided various options. We actually ended up purchasing a different vehicle than planned due to salesman's advice

Callum and Kaitlynn were fantastic. Callum was outstanding at showing me the features in the car and was extremely personable.

Overall poor service. Only explanations were saying what the vehicle told them. There was also inconsistent explanations as to whether this would be covered by warranty but was then told battery issues are never covered in this way. Very poor.

We didn't want our car to go to Arnold Clark. Car went in on Thursday 10 July to be repaired and we got it back on Thursday 17 July and it was taken back to Arnold Clark again on Friday 18 July for the same problem... less than 24 hours later!

Only issue I've had is that the service update doesn't seem to be showing on the myBMW app so it's still showing as the car having issues. I'd have assumed that completion of the service would have included the update to my app
