I took my car into a different garage after being told by bmw, that they couldn't find anything and having to pay for a diagnostic, which if I didn't have a family friends voucher would have been a lot of money. My shocker was replaced by new garage

Thought the customer service was poor, we were called at 1140 to pick the car up and that we wouldnt get the car back until monday if we weren't through by 12 oclock and paid in the next 5 minutes when we live in holytown.

Bright and airy showroom. Lots of different models to see. Salesman took a lot of time to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and provided various options. We actually ended up purchasing a different vehicle than planned due to salesman's advice
