I ordered in November 25 I was giving a trade in quote although it was explained by the sales conslt that the figures would drop 30 days before a get my car I would get a final quote in March 26 reduced the by £2000 I was very disappointed.

Disappointed. Poor attention to detail. I stated my brakes needed work but this was ignored. Was told the MOT could not be done when I booked, but was then told it could have been. Excessive charges and now have damage to brake callipers post work.

Work carried out without instruction. The remit was simply to check the wiper blade.I was then charged £186 to have it confirmed there was no problem with the wiper blade. I felt I should have been in the place for not more than 30 mins.

Process was very easy - the date and time for my service suited me. I had a coffee and was able to sit and work in a private booth area while I waited. Start to finish was less than 2 hours and my car was sparkling clean.

Awful. I booked a diagnostic servicing through Zenith and was assured of a courtesy car. I travelled from Loch Lomond to the facility to be told, "We dont have any cars. Get in touch with your lease provider." I had to cancel this as I need a car.

Courtesy car a disappointment - no windscreen wash, 44 miles on the clock when I picked it up, needed vacuumed. Cost £20 plus fuel when the car was serviced and ready in 2 hrs. Didn't need car. Video from mechanic could not be understood.

Car failed an MOT due to a faulty light, the dealer wanted to charge me to replace the whole light, when all that was required was a bulb. I took the car away and fitted a new bulb, I was then charged £27 for a retest. Always polite and helpful.

The work on the car was fine. Two things were disappointing (a) I arrived when the garage opened but was left waiting almost 20 mins to see a service adviser (b) the upselling of unnecessary products is frustrating e.g. fuel additive and screenwash
